Curried brown rice with vegetables and chicken

What you need

120 g / 4 oz. brown rice
300 ml /8 oz. water
100 g / 3.5 oz. turkey breast
50 g / 2 oz. carrot
50 g / 2 oz. onion
20 g / 0.7 oz. mushrooms
30 g / 1 oz. green bell pepper
30 g / 1 oz. red pepper
30 g / 1 oz. cabbage
5 g / 0.2 oz. garlic
20 g / 0.7 oz. curry
50 g / 2 oz. coconut milk

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cook 120 g of brown rice with 300 ml of water in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker for 18 min in the microwave at maximum power.

    2. Dice the chicken, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and cabbage.

    3. Sauté the vegetables and chicken in a frying pan at high heat.

    4. Add the curry, the coconut milk and a little water to the frying pan with the vegetables and chicken.

    5. Add the brown rice once cooked in the frying pan, mix and serve.
