Gluten free, chocolate, orange and cinamon flan
To prepare caramel 100g Brown sugar To prepare flan 650g soy milk with chocolate Orange zest 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 5 eggs

Preheat the oven to 190ºC and place a baking dish with water to cook in the oven in bain-marie.
Heat the sugar in a frying pan to prepare the caramel over medium heat until it melts or it gets a dark color. Pour immediately into the 6 single muffin pans.
Heat half the soy milk, ground cinnamon and orange zest in the microwave for 4 minutes to 800W.
Lightly beat the eggs and gradually add the soy milk with the cinnamon and the orange zest to the mixture. Mix and pour into the single muffin pans.
Bake in the oven in bain-marie for 60 minutes approximately. You’ll know it is ready when it stops being liquid and looks solid. Check with a toothpick. Let cool then remove from moulds to serve.
