What you need

100g dried apricots
50g seedless prunes
50g raisins
400g water
4g bicarbonate
130g butter
60g sugar
6g salt
2 eggs (approx. 110g)
19g baking powder
135g white or wholemeal flour

To decorate:

You can make a jelly of dried apricots or any fruit you wish

150g dried apricots
50g flower honey
100g of water

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 ºC

2. Put the dried fruit in a pot of water and bring to the boil

3. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then add the bicarbonate, stir the mixture and turn off the heat

4. Leave to stand for a few minutes until it is at room temperature and then blend the mixture.

5. Beat the butter and the sugar in a bowl.

6. In the same bowl, add the vanilla and the eggs one by one and continue to stir.

7. Add the previous mixture of dried fruit to the bowl.

8. Then add the flour, baking powder, and salt.

9. Stir well until you have an even compound.

10. Put the dough into the multi-cavity Halloween mould, fill each cavity to ¾ full and take it to the pre-heated oven.

11. Bake at 180 ºC for about 25 minutes.

To decorate:

1. Put the dried apricots in a pot of water and bring to the boil

2. Leave them to boil for 5 minutes

3. Add the honey and leave the mixture to stand until it is at room temperature

4. Blend them and decorate with the result.
