250g water
100g lime juice
5g grated lime zest
50g sugar
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Grate the lime zest.
2. Juice the lime juice and mix it with the water and sugar. Lastly, add the lime zest.
3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.
4. Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours.
5. Remove from the mold and... They’re ready to enjoy!
