What you need

Dough:
56 g Honey
4 g Matcha Tea
20 g Olive oil
80 g Flour
1,5 tsp water

Filling:
20 g Flour
10 g Butter
75 g Chocolate

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. For the dough; weigh and mix the ingredients well. Leave the dough to rest for 15 min. in the fridge.

    2. For the filling; melt the chocolate along with butter, add the flour, and leave to cool.

    3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts (35g each) and roll out using a rolling pin on a non-stick mat. Fill the dough with the filling (20g) and place the message inside.

    4. Close the dough and make a ball. Press gently into the mould.

    5. Bake for 15 min. at 180ºC.

    6. Leave to cool for 30 min. and remove from the mould. Ready!
