What you need

3 medium-sized eggs
25g of butter at room temperature
75g of sugar
100g of flour
8g of yeast (1/2 a pack)
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar


For the topping:
120g of whipping cream
120g of black chocolate drops
20g of butter

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Mix the eggs and the sugar and beat until the mixture is fluffy.

2. Stir in the sifted flour and mix with circular movements, then add the butter and mix again.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

4. Divide the dough amongst the 4 car-shaped cavities and bake for about 25 minutes.

5. Leave to cool and then turn out.

6. To make the covering, put the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Heat the cream and add it to the mixture, beating it until it is dissolved.

7. Place on the cars on a grill and bathe in the covering.

8. Leave to cool.
