What you need

2 fresh eggs
60g baby spinach
20g white onion
1 tbs flour
200g milk
20g gruyere cheese
Olive oil
2 toast of whole wheat bread
Salt and Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Heat the water and keep it below 212ºF.
    2. Chop very fine the onion. In a small saucepan with a little bit of oil we fry the onion till is nice and gold, add the flour mix well and add the milk mixing very well till it gets thick add the cheese and save it.

    3. Crack the eggs and close the poacher, take it in to the water and cook them for 3 minutes.

    4. Toast the whole wheat bread. Start building the dish first the toast, the spinach, the sauce and finally add the egg.

    5. Add salt and pepper for the final touch.
