4 medium pears
1/2 liter of wine
100g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Peel and cut the pears in half.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC

    3. With the help of the Hasselback Cutter cut the pears and place them on a tray.

    4. Mix well the sugar with the wine and the cinnamon and add the mixture on the pears.

    5. Put them in the oven for 40 min.
