Pickled Red Cabbage

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

What you need

150 g /5,3 oz of red cabbage
40 g /1,4 oz of carrot
40 g /1,4 oz of spring onions
40 g /1,4 oz of green pepper
30 g /1 oz of apple cider vinegar
15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt
100 g /3,5 oz of bottled water
1 cayenne pepper
5 g /0,2 oz of black pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Wash and shred the vegetables into julienne strips.
    2. Mix the water, apple cider vinegar and salt and set aside.

    3. Place the vegetables in the jar and press with the disc.

    4. Add the liquid and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.

    5. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
