1 pizza dough base
125 g tomato sauce
8 slices cheddar cheese
Oregano
Peppercorns

Make your own pizza mass

200 g strong flour
10 g baker’s yeast
4 g salt
25 g extra virgin olive oil
100 g water
Preparation of Recipe

1.Pre-heat the oven to 220º C.
2. Spread the dough out.
3. Choose your favorite figure and download the “terrifying” template Clicking here
4. Cut out the figure and place it on the dough. Cut out the figure in the dough with a knife or scissors.
5. Place the pizza dough figure on the round pizza mat.
6. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, sprinkle with oregano and finally cover with cheese.
7. Place the round pizza mat on an oven rack (or a perforated tray) and place it in the middle of the oven.
8. Bake at 200º C for approx. 10 minutes or until the crust is crunchy. (the time will vary depending on the thickness of the dough)


Preparation of Recipe:

KNEADING: In a bowl or in the Lékué bread maker, mix the water and baker’s yeast so that it dissolves well. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead to obtain a homogenous, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

RISING:
Make a ball, cover it with a thin cloth (or with plastic wrap greased with oil) and let it rise approximately 30 min., preferibly in a warm place away from air currents.

SHAPING THE PIZZA: Spread the dough on the floured mat. You can do this with your hand or with a rolling pin.

FERMENTATION: If you prefer a thin crust, you can put the ingredients on now and bake it. If you would like a thick crust, let the dough rise away from air currents (approx. 1 hr. depending on the room temperature) until it doubles in size. Then top the pizza with the ingredients you want.

BAKING: Pre-heat the oven to 220 ºC. Place the mat on the oven rack in the middle of the oven and bake approx. 10-15 minutes at 200 ºC (top/bottom with fan function).
