Preparation for the bagel filling

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into chunks. Once it has been cut, heat the pumpkin in a bowl in the microwave at maximum power for three and a half minutes. Use a fork to mash the pumpkin, and set it aside. The pumpkin will be used later to fill the bagel.

2. Sauté the peanuts in a frying pan. Once they are toasted, mash them until you have a very fine layer of peanuts.

3. Mix the pumpkin with the peanuts. Finally, add a little oil and a pinch of salt.

4. Once your bagels have been baked, spread a fine layer of pumpkin and peanuts.
