Rabbit-shaped Mini Carrot Cakes

What you need

75g of grated carrot
2 eggs
75g of brown sugar
35g of olive oil (mild)
75 g of flour
8g of yeast (1/2 a pack)
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. of powdered cinnamon
5g of butter
Pastry crayons for decoration

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Beat the eggs and the sugar and until the mixture is fluffy.

2. Add the carrot and the oil and continue mixing for a few more seconds. Add the flour, the yeast, the salt and the cinnamon and mix the ingredients together.

3. Pour batter into the two buttered moulds.

4. Preheat the oven and bake at 180ºC for approximately 20-22 minutes.

5. Leave to cool and then turn out.

6. You can draw the shape of the rabbit: i.e. its ears, mouth, and whiskers using coloured pastry crayons!
