3 golden apples.
50 g of butter
150 g of brown sugar
1 puff pastry dough sheet

Así puedes prepararlo

Peel the apples and cut them in half, take the core out. Sautée them with butter and sugar untill they turn brown.
Stretch the puff pastry and cut discs the same size as the moulds.
Place the half apples into the mould and cover with the pastry discs and place an oven dish to prevent the puff pastru from rising. Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes
