What you need

40g flour 40ml olive oil 50g sugar 1/2 teaspoon (6g) baking powder 2 eggs 1 apple (or 1 pear) Icing sugar

Así puedes prepararlo

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the apple) together with a mixer. Dice the apple and gently fold it into the mixture with a spatula. Pour the mixture into the steam case. Close and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds at maximum power (800W). Make sure the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into it: if it comes out clean, it is ready; if it doesn't, cook it for another few seconds or leave it to rest with the lids closed. Turn the cake out, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
