Así puedes prepararlo
1. Place 2 sprigs of mint in the bottom of the steamcase. 2. Place the pitted apricot halves on top. 3. Cover the apricots with the honey, cinnamon and saffron. 4. Place the other 2 sprigs of mint on top. 5. Cover the steamcase and bake at 200º for 8 minutes. 6. Open the steamcase and serve the apricots with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
