1 Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with the sugar for 1 minute. Add the melted butter (not too hot) and beat again. Finally add the flour and baking powder, and stir until you have a homogeneous, smooth batter.
2 Pour into the mould cavities so that they all reach the same height.
3.Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for 30 minutes. Pierce one of the cakes with a stick to see if it is cooked inside. The stick must come out clean. Otherwise, bake for a few more minutes.
4 De-mould the portions one by one and decorate them any way you like.
