Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 160º C 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper olive oil 250 g. cream cheese 250 g. milk 5 eggs salt

Peel the onion and chop into dice together with the peppers. Sauté over a high heat with a little oil and a pinch of salt for a few minutes; leave to cool. Beat the cream cheese and milk until you have a smooth, creamy mixture. Mix in the eggs and vegetables and season with salt. Fill the mould and bake in a bain-marie in the oven at 160º C for one hour. Serve the mould on a tomato coulis.
