For the burger:
600g (1 lb 5 oz) lean beef1/2 spring onion2 tbsp. picked capers1 tbsp. chopped parsley1 tsp. Dijon mustard1 eggsaltpepperFor the filling:

80gr (3 oz) brie-type cheese (cheese that melts easily)For the accompaniment:
Onion ringsCumcumber and tomato cutted into slicesA curly endive leafBBQ sauceFor the BBQ sauce:

200g ketchup3 tbsp. white wine vinegar1 tbsp. honey1 tbsp. mustard1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 clove of garlic1 tbsp. lemon juice1 pinch of hot paprika (optional)a few drops of spicy sauce (optional)saltpepperSuggested bread:classic burger bun

Así puedes prepararlo

  • 1. Peel the onion, chop it and mix it with the beef, the capers, the parsley, the mustard, the egg, salt and pepper and mix well.
    2. Make 4 hamburgers and fill them with the cheese.
    3. Add the other ingredients.
    BBQ sauce:
    1. Crush the peeled garlic in a mortar with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    2. Add the spices, mustard and honey and stir.
    3. Add the other ingredients of the sauce and stir until you have a smooth mixture.
