60 g of butter
2 yolks
400 g of cheese Philadelphia type
1 teaspoon of cornflour coffee
60 g of sugar
2 egg whites
Así puedes prepararlo
Mix the melted butter with the cheese, the yolk and the corn flour.
Whip the egg whites on the side. Join the two mixtures delicatel.
Bake in the moulds at 160 ºC for 40 minutes.
