Skinless Chicken Legs 1 unit Sweet Pepper 1 pinch Thyme 1 pinch Lemon Juice Some drops Oregano 1 pinch Spring Onion 2 units Olive Oil 1 tablespoon Saffron 10 threads Cooked Chickpeas 60 g Water or Chicken Stock ½ cup Chopped Parsley 1 tablesp

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Cut the chicken legs into pieces and season with salt, sweet pepper, pepper, oregano, thyme and lemon juice.

2. Cut the onions into four pieces, place them in the grill with the oil and bake in the pre-heated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes with the grill closed.

3. Add the water or stock, the saffron, mix well and place over the chicken. Cook for 20 minutes at 200ºC.

4. Add the chickpeas and the parsley, and cook for 5-10 minutes more.
