65g butter
150g melting chocolate
2 yolks
5 egg whites
35g sugar
50g whipped cream
Así puedes prepararlo
Melt the chocolate with the butter and mix until homogeneous.
Add the yolks and mix well.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form stiff peaks and mix with the previous preparation adding air to the mix.
Add the cream in the same way.
Place the mousse in the mould and freeze for 2h.
Let temper for some minutes before serving.
Decorate with strawberry coulis and strawberries.
