What you need

1 ¼ cup (280 g) flour
½ cup (115 g) softened butter
1 egg
1 cup (210 g) brown sugar
⅛ cup (30 g) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ cup (115 ml) milk
½ cup (125 g) plain yogurt

For the filling:

¼ cup (60 g) softened butter
½ cup (110 g) spread cheese
½ cup (125 g) icing sugar
1 tsp of grated orange zest

1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, powder cocoa, salt and baking powder . Separately, mix together the yogurt and milk.

2. In a different bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until they are fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla sugar and whisk again. Add half the flour and half the yogurt and milk mixture. Keep whisking and add the rest of the flour and the yogurt and milk mixture.

3. Place the sheet on the oven tray or rack. Pour the dough into the Decomax and use the large round nozzle to distribute the dough between the sheet circles, taking care that it does not exceed the first border (every circle has 2 borders).

4 Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180º for 10-12 minutes until they are slightly golden.

5 Leave to cool on the sheet for a few minutes. Then take them out and place them on a rack until they are completely cool.

Filling: Whip the softened butter together with the spread cheese with an electric whisk. Add the icing sugar and the grated orange zest and whip a bit more.
