Clafoutis of red fruits

76 ml milk
75 ml cream
2 eggs
1 yolk
4 o 5 pieces of red fruits or soft fruit
50 g flour
50 g sugar

Ingredients for pastry crust
180 g flour
90 g butter
60 g caster sugar
1 egg
A little bit of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

Cook pastry crust mixing butter and custer sugar with a part of flour and add egg slightly beaten, add a little bit of salt and the remaining flour.
Leave it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, then spread by using a roller, cover the mould and make small holes with a fork so that it does not go up when baking, keep in the fridge.
Prepare the clafoutis appliance, mix all ingredients at the same time except the red fruits. It is better to leave the appliance rest during the night.
Fill the wrapped mould with the clafoutis appliance, distribute red fruits and bake for 40 minutes more or less.
