100g wild strawberries

2 small eggs

75g flour

125 ml milk

75g sugar

15g butter

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

½ teaspoon salt

Así puedes prepararlo

Put the flour, whole eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir with a whisk.

Add a little milk (3-4 tablespoons), stir to dissolve any lumps and add the remaining milk gradually, stirring constantly.

Set the mixture aside for about 30 minutes.

Place 3-4 strawberries in the cavities of the pan and pour the mixture over them, filling the cavities ¾ full.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 º C for 20 minutes.

Remove and serve cold, sprinkled with a little icing sugar.
