Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 180º C 1 coconut yoghurt 2 ½ yoghurt cartons of sugar 1 yoghurt carton of sunflower oil 3 eggs 2 yoghurt cartons of flour 1 pinch salt 5 g. baking powder icing sugar (for decoration)

Así puedes prepararlo

In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, sugar and oil. Add the eggs and then the flour, previously mixed with the salt and baking powder. Fill the mould and bake at 180º C for around 45 minutes. Leave to cool, turn out the sponge and sprinkle with the icing sugar. You can add chocolate buttons to the mixture before baking.
