1 big courgette,1 tender onion, 600 ml water, 600 ml water, salt, 100 ml milk cream

Así puedes prepararlo

Cut the courgette into ½ cm slices and set aside. Julienne the onion and put both ingredients in the Cooking Bag. Add salt and water. Cook in the microwave at 600 W for 15 minutes with the bag open. Once cooked, smash with an electric smasher until obtaining a smooth cream. Add the milk cream, mix slightly and serve in a soup dish
