Egg with jamón ibérico and parmesan

What you need

120 g of pasta (4 oz.)
1 egg
Cured ham pieces
Parmesan cheese
One tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives (optional)

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cook 120 gr (4 oz.) of pasta with 300ml of water in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker.
    2. Crack the egg, from the fridge and without the shell, inside the Microwave Ovo with a tablespoon of olive oil, and cover.

    3. Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for 20 seconds at 800W.

    4. Add grated or flaked parmesan cheese and some cured ham pieces.

    5. Place the Microwave Ovo in the microwave, off-center, for 10 seconds so that it keeps a semi-liquid texture and can be mixed with your preferred cooked pasta.

    6. Add chopped chives or fresh parsley for a fresh touch, ready to mix with the pasta!
