Gilthead bream baked in salt

1.Clean the gilthead bream

2.Line the Steam Roaster with salt slightly wet by water.

3.Place the gilthead bream upright, with the back of the fish facing upwards, lengthways on top of the salt.

4.Cover the gilthead bream with the rest of the salt and wet it slightly

5.Close the Steam Roaster and cook it for 5 minutes in the microwave at maximum power (800W). Once cooked, let it rest for 2 more minutes.
