Green peper, onion and garlic omelet

Cook a healthy green pepper omelette in less than 6 minutes in the microwave!

What you need

1 small green pepper
1⁄2 onion
1⁄2 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Salt to taste

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Julienne the pepper and onion and finely chop the garlic.
    2. Place the vegetables in your Microwave Omelette with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.

    3. In a bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of milk, cream, or vegetable broth. Add salt to taste.

    4. Place the mixture in your Microwave Omelette with the vegetables and microwave for 1.30 minutes at 800W.

    5. Open the microwave and flip the Microwave Omelette over. Microwave for a further 1 minute at 800W.

    6. Unmold and done! You can now enjoy your delicious green pepper, onion and garlic omelette!
