Halibut with creamed peas

What you need

2 halibut filets 200 g each one, 200 g frozen peas, 1 ripe tomato, 1 garlic clove, 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

In the lower part of the recipient, place the green peas, the tomato and the peeled garlic. In the top part of the recipient, place the fish cut into four chunks. Sprinkle with salt and steam for 25 minutes over low heat. Reserve the fish and prepare a puree with the peas, tomato and garlic. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and blend well. Serve the fish on warm dishes and add some of the puree as if it were a vinaigrette. Decorate with sprigs of parsley.
