For the burger:
2 large roasted aubergines (800 g) well drained
1 roasted tomato
1 roasted onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
150 g bread crumbs
1 spoon flour to flour at the end
2 spoons of sesame seeds
1 spoon of cumin
2 spoons olive oil
Salt


For the hummus filling:
200 g of boiled chickpeas
1/2 garlic clove
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 spoon of tahini
1 spoon olive oil
1 spoon of sweet paprika


For the accompaniment:
Mayonnaise
A pinch of chopped chilli
1/2 spoon of dried garlic
1 spoon of chopped parsley

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Chop all of the vegetables, place them in a bowl, add the egg, the breadcrumbs, the sesame, the cumin, the salt to taste and mix well.
 
2. Make 4 hamburgers, fill them with the hummus and coat them with flour.

3. Add the accompaniment.

Hummus:

Blend the chickpeas with the other ingredients.

Accompaniment:

Whisk everything together for a few seconds.
