240 gr Iberian Pork Tenderloin - 20 ml lemon juice - 20 ml of cream - Salt - Pepper

Place all the ingredients in the Ogya, cover and cook in the microwave at 800 W for 5 minutes. Turn the Pork Tenderloin over and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the tenderloin, cut into thin slices, add the lemon juice and serve. Serve with basmati or wild rice.
This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
