1 egg yolk 3 egg whites 33 g sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 33 g flour Powdered sugar

Así puedes prepararlo

Beat the yolks with half the sugar and vanilla extract until foamy. Beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the yolk mixture and add the sifted flour. Pour the mixtures into the moulds. Bake at 180º C for 20 minutes. Turn out and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Suggestions: Ideal served with hot chocolate
