2 mackerels
200 g of red and yellow cherry tomatoes.
50 g of fennel
1 large shallot
Basil
Tarragon
Garlic
5 cl of white wine
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Clean the mackerels empty.
Slice the fennel and the shallot and put them into the papillote.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, herbs, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Place the mackerels on top of the vegetables, add the white wine and bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.
Pour olive oil on top.
