Mini apple tart

What you need

50 g flour
50 g butter
50 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch powdered yeast
½ apple
Pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

Peel the apple, cut into quarters, remove the core. Cut into small cubes and sprinkle with a dash of brandy. Put aside.
Beat the egg and the sugar with an electric blender until smooth. Add the softened butter, stir and add the flour and yeast. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into the mini steam case, distribute the chopped apple inside and on the top, close the steam case, and cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. When 10 minutes remain, open the case and allow the top to brown.
