33 g butter 1 egg 170 g quark cheese or spreadable cheese 40 g sugar 20 g flour Grated peel from 1/2 lemon 1/2 vanilla bean

Así puedes prepararlo

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Melt the butter with the cheese and blend well. Add the flour and flavouring and pour into the moulds. Bake at 100ºC for 40 minutes. Suggestions: Serve with fresh figs and fig marmalade
