Moroccan style gilthead bream

What you need

1 gilthead bream (300 g)
¼ lemon confit
½ teaspoonful cilantro seeds
½ teaspoonful cumin seeds
½ teaspoonful nigellia gallica
½ teaspoonful sesame seeds
½ teaspoonful fennel seeds
1 small strong chilli
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoonful chopped parsley
10 cl vegetable stock
2 tablespoonful olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

Clean the gilthead bream and remove the scales.
Chop the garlic and the lemon confit, and mix with seeds, the chilli, the parsley and the olive oil.
Cover and fill the gilthead bream with the mixture, season with salt and pepper. Put in the papillote with the stock and bake at 180 ºC for 25 - 30 minutes.
