Orange and tangerine flan

4 whole eggs
2 yolks
120 g sugar + 4 tablespoons
½ litre orange and tangerine juice
1 teaspoon grated tangerine peel

Así puedes prepararlo

Place the 4 tablespoons of sugar in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of water and caramelize. Divide between the flan moulds. In a saucepan, slightly warm the juice.
Blend with the previously beaten eggs and the sugar and pour into the caramelized flan moulds. Place the moulds on a baking sheet with one inch of water and bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC for 50 minutes.
Remove the flans from the oven, allow to cool on the baking sheet and place them in the refrigerator until it is time to serve them. Turn out on a dessert dish.
