Peach and raspberry crumble with Mascarpone

2 peaches or nectarines

50g raspberries

15 g butter

2 cookies

1 tablespoon of oats

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

175 g mascarpone cheese

25g white sugar

1 egg

Wash the fruit, chop the peach and place it in the Steam Case. Mix the softened butter with the crumbled cookies, the sugar and the oats and spread the mixture over the fruit. Close the case and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes. Open the Case and allow to brown for 2-3 minutes. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and mascarpone. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and add to the egg mixtures and gently fold them in. Serve with the warm fruit.
