Perch and smoked fish roll with green pepper sauce

1 perch fillet (approx. 150 g). 1 smoked salmon slice. 1 smoked cod slice. 1 tablespoonful fresh green pepper. 50 ml cream. Chive. Caviar as decor (optional)

Put the salmon slice and the cod slice on the perch filet. Roll. Put the roll in the Vapour Cook and sprinkle with fresh green pepper. Cook in the oven, preheat at 180 ºC, with the Cook closed, for approx. 10 minutes. (depending on the fillet thickness). Open the Cook, take the roll out and save, leaving the pepper at the bottom of the Cook. Add the cream and grind the peppercorns with a spoon. Mix well and heat slightly in the oven with the Cook open for approx. 3 minutes at 180 ºC. Put the roll on top. Decorate with the chopped chive and the caviar. Serve.
