Así puedes prepararlo
- reheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Peel the carrot, cut off the ends of the courgette, clean the spring onion, and cut everything into thin strips.
- Place the vegetables on the bottom of the Steam Case and add the fish, cut into chunks, and the prawns.
- Sprinkle with salt and the Massalé doux, sprinkle the oil and spread out the butter, cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon and close the Steam Case.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC, for 10 minutes or in the microwave oven, at full power, for 3 minutes.
- Tip: Serve with white rice.
