Roasted pineapple with rum and vanilla

What you need

½ pineapple
50 g semi-refined sugar
5 cl rum
1 vanilla pod

Así puedes prepararlo

Put half pineapple in the papillote, pour some rum, sprinkle with semi-refined sugar and add the vanilla cod, cut longitudinally.
Bake at 180 ºC for 35 minutes. Serve with a vanilla ice cream ball.


    1. Cuécelo en el microondas 6 minutos. Deja reposar y sirve.
