75 ml olive oil 150 ml milk 5 g salt 300 g seived flour

Así puedes prepararlo

Cover the table with flour and make a pile with the flour as if it were a volcano. In the middle hole, add the milk, oil and salt. Knead as if it were bread until it becomes homogeneous dough, if it becomes very sticky add a bit of flour. Make a ball and keep in cling film for an hour in the fridge. Stretch the dough until it is very thin, cut and place on the baking sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes at 180º C until golden.
