130 g flour 30 g corn flour 250 g sweet ham 30 g Parmesan 4 eggs 100 g quark cheese or spreadable cheese 1 packet of baking powder salt and smoked paprika

Así puedes prepararlo

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the quark or spreadable cheese. In another bowl, blend the flour, corn flour and baking powder. Sift together and add to the egg mixture. Blend until the batter is smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and blend. Add the ham cut into cubes. Add the salt and paprika. Pour into each mould and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before turning out.
