100 g butter 100 g sugar 100 g grated nuts 25 g eggs 140 g flour

Así puedes prepararlo

Mix the butter, powdered sugar, grated nuts and egg well. Add the flour without mixing too much. Wrap with cling film and let it rest (fridge) 30 minutes. Extend with a rolling pin to 5 mm and cut in the desired shape.  Place on the baking sheet and golden them dipping them in the yoke. Put half a nut on each one of the discs. Bake at 180º C until golden.
