400 g squid rings
5 “Roma” tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 parsley sprig
10 basil leaves
olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

Cut the tomatoes longitudinally. Cut the garlic into slices, and chop the parsley and the basil.
Mix the garlic, the herbs and the oil.
Season the tomatoes and the squid rings with salt, pepper and the mixture.
Bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
