Sticks: Basic Sweet Dough (for 2 and a half moulds)

40 g of yoghurt 40 ml of oil 75 g of sugar 1 egg (60 g) 65 g of flour 5 g of baking powder

Mix the ingredients in a bowl until the dough is smooth. Pour the dough into the Decomaxand fill the Sticks mould to the marker. Cook in the microwave at medium heat for five and a half minutes (Oven: 200 ºC, 15 min). Take out of mould whilst hot. Once cooled down the sticks will be crunchy. 

The microwave cooking times are for moulds which are completely full of the mixture. If the mould is only partially full, reduce the cooking time. Check how well cooked it is after 2 minutes and then check every 30 seconds until you have the desired result.

Other flavour varieties: 

Spice sticks FOR 1 MOULD.

100 g of Basic sweet dough

1/2 g (1/2 teaspoons) of cinnamon powder

1/2 g (1/2 teaspoons) of ginger powder

1/4 g (1/4 teaspoons) of ground cloves.

Add the spices to the basic sweet dough, mix well and pour into the Sticks mould.

Microwave: medium heat, 5 and a half minutes / Oven: 200ºC, 15 min

Cocoa Sticks FOR 1 MOULD.

100 g of Basic sweet dough

5 g cocoa powder

Add the cocoa to the basic sweet dough, mix well and pour into the Sticks mould. 

Microwave: medium heat, 5 and a half minutes / Oven: 200ºC, 15 min

Citrus Sticks FOR 1 MOULD.

100 g of Basic sweet dough

The peal of half a lemon

The peal of half an orange

Add the peal from the fruits to the basic sweet dough, mix well and pour into the Sticks mould.  

Microwave: medium heat, 7 and a half minutes / Oven: 200ºC, 15 min
