Swordfish with baked apple and sweet-and-sour sauce

What you need

150g swordfish fillet 1 Golden Delicious apple 4 tablespoons of cider 1 teaspoon of butter Lemon juice 40ml water Salt Pepper Rosemary Thyme Chives Chopped parsley

Así puedes prepararlo

Chop the rosemary and thyme. Blend the herbs into the butter to form a smooth paste. Peel the apple, remove the pips and cut into large dice. Dice the swordfish. Season the apple and fish with salt and pepper. Put them into the steam case with the rest of the ingredients and spread the herb butter over the top. Close the case and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power (800W). Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
