Tomato, chopped meat and aubergine sauce

What you need

50 g chopped meat
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
½ aubergine
salt
pepper
oregano
2 tablespoon olive oil

Así puedes prepararlo

Place the chopped meat and aubergine, also chopped, in the mini steam case, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the oil, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and oregano, close and cook for 1 minute.
Stir and serve over boiled pasta.
