Trout stuffed with ham in almond sauce

What you need

1 trout 250 gr. approx. (clean and deboned)
50 gr. thinly sliced ham
3 bay leaves
2 medium potatoes
For the sauce: 2 garlic cloves; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 20 gr. sliced almonds.

Así puedes prepararlo

Clean the trout well.
Place the slice of ham inside the fish and seal with two toothpicks.
Place it in the steamer. Slice the potatoes in thin rounds and place them on the second level of the steamer.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil water with the bay leaves. When boiling, place the potatoes, then the trout on top. Cook for approx. 9 minutes. Remove and reserve.
To prepare the sauce: in the steam case (*), place the olive oil and the thinly sliced garlic cloves. Cook in the microwave for 1 ½ minutes at maximum power. Then, add the vinegar and the almonds and cook once again in the microwave for 2 minutes. Finally, remove the toothpicks and the skin from the trout and pour the almond sauce on top. Garnish with the potatoes.
